This is a temporary position to cover an employee's short-term leave. Assists with the design and implementation of human resource programs and policies.
Requirements
- Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children
- May participate in assisting managers
- Answers and fields questions on matters such as employee-manager interactions
- In some locations, assists with recruiting, benefits administration
- Actively works to broaden understanding of local and national laws and regulations
- Supports the implementation of resolutions regarding employee or other stakeholder concerns
