Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Designer who acts as the 'human-centered structurer of complexity' to lead the charge in mapping journeys and designing intuitive workflows in Figma Make. The ideal candidate has advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews.
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into structured lifecycle and workflow models.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns to propose innovative solutions.
- Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make.
- Ensure all design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into Emergent/AI tools.
- Collaborate with AI Leads and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs.
- Advocate for usability and adoption within complex B2B environments.
- Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows.
