Senior Solution Designer (UX / Product / Process) (Ohio - Hybrid)

CompassX is a boutique business and technology consulting firm seeking a Senior Solution Designer to act as the "human-centered structurer of complexity". The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional discovery workshops, conduct user research, and design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows
• Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques
• Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma Make and Miro
• Strong "systems awareness" of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments
• Ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities while respecting data constraints
• Proven track record of creating implementation-ready designs that require minimal rework
• Excellent workshop facilitation skills and the ability to align stakeholders
• Senior consultant profile with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
