Compeer Financial is a member-owned cooperative seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and internal consultant to leaders and team members across assigned business units.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- Intermediate-level human resources experience
- Employee relations and recruitment experience preferred
- Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP) strongly preferred
