Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- 7 or more years of progressive human resources experience
- Experience supporting unionized environments, administering collective bargaining agreements, navigating organizational change, and holding an advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is preferred
