Otter Tail Power Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the organization, providing expert guidance across a broad range of human resources disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 7 or more years of progressive human resources experience
• Employee and labor relations, performance management, staffing, compensation, and compliance experience
• Ability to advise and influence leaders at multiple levels of the organization
• Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
