The Client Director (Strategic Accounts) is responsible for Complexio's most important enterprise relationships, owning a portfolio of strategic accounts and accountable for deep value realisation, retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years managing strategic enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Demonstrable ability to sell independently
- Proven track record of running accounts end to end
- Executive presence to represent Complexio at C-suite level
- Commercial acumen to construct and close business cases, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sufficient technical fluency to navigate enterprise IT organisations and hold credible conversations with technical stakeholders
