We are seeking a Level 2 Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic and successful team. As a key bridge between Level 1 Customer Experience Specialists and Technical/Development teams, you will handle escalated support cases, conduct system-level investigations, configure LMS and SMS environments, and support system builds and feature testing. You will also work closely with Customer Success, Development, and Management Team to identify system improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization within Service Operations.
