Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead a dynamic culinary operation within a large-scale luxury environment, delivering refined guest experiences across multiple outlets and high-volume banquet operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Senior Executive Sous Chef within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
- Strong background in multi-outlet environments and significant banquet volume
- Demonstrated ability to manage large culinary teams
- Solid understanding of financial performance, food cost control, and P&L impact
- Experience in Asian culinary concepts or exposure to Asia-Pacific markets is an advantage
- Strong leadership presence with a structured, disciplined, and collaborative approach
- Eligible to work in the United States (U.S. passport holder or U.S. permanent resident
