We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager for the launch of an exciting dining-only concept that features live entertainment, set to open in Istanbul. This concept has already achieved great success in key international cities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in restaurant management, with a focus on high-end, lifestyle dining concepts that incorporate entertainment.
• Proven experience in opening new concepts, with a track record of success in luxury restaurants in key international cities such as Europe, Dubai, or similar markets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and profitability in upscale, fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in delivering exceptional guest service to a discerning, international clientele.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and best practices in high-end dining with entertainment.
• Ability to handle the demands of a high-profile venue, including multitasking, prioritizing, and adapting to a fast-moving environment.
