Engineering Manager (Data Tribe)

ComplyAdvantage is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the entity resolution platform team, responsible for designing and implementing high-performance systems to detect financial risks. The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing high-performing teams and strong knowledge of engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and growing high-performing engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, including architecture and testing
• Past or current experience in Python, or any experience that demonstrates a strong understanding of software engineering at scale
• Experience with data-intensive applications and relational databases
• Expertise designing and building microservices
• Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to write clear technical documentation
• Experience collaborating with product and commercial teams
