Job Description
Join ComplyAdvantage as Senior Director of Revenue Operations to design and scale the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy. You'll build and scale a world-class RevOps function that powers our next phase of growth, driving alignment across GTM teams, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and elevating sales efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M+ ARR scale
- Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
- Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
- Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDICC)
- Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator
