Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in sales roles or financial services
• Proven success leading advisors/advisory teams through structured decision processes
• Hands-on experience managing both protocol and non-protocol breakaways
• Deep understanding of independent advisory firms
• Strong relationship-building instincts
• High energy, clear communication, and the ability to operate independently
