Requirements

• Previous experience selling or marketing Medicare and ancillary health products
• Strong understanding of benefits, carriers, and commission structures
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Highly competitive, goal-oriented self-starter
• Strong relationship-building and recruiting ability
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong phone presence and persistence in outreach
• Organized with strong time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
