Lead the sales strategy for identified franchises and accounts, develop long-term relationships with clients, and achieve target revenues. The Sales Director reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Requirements
- Successfully meet or exceed assigned quota
- Generate market awareness through conferences and events
- Curate leads and present capabilities to generate opportunities
- Work with Insights leads to close opportunities
- Work with Insights team to ensure capabilities decks are tailored to unique client need
- Work with marketing and Franchise Heads to generate marketing and sales enablement materials
- Forms partnership with data and research organization to ensure products are meeting needs of customer
- Regularly engages clients/prospects to understand market demands and provides client feedback on product messaging to stakeholders
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for each target client
- Seek and drive new business opportunities within new accounts
- Secure and participate in client meetings with Franchise Heads
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the company's CRM system, HubSpot for accounts
- Represent Spherix at designated meetings (clinical and industry)
