Remote Bilingual Absence Claims Specialist

As a Bilingual Absence Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for processing medical certifications, answering emails, and corresponding with customers in a high production environment. You will work remotely and must have strong attention to detail, clerical/administrative experience, and commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of human resource, claim management or leave and disability experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
