Requirements
- Associates Degree or 2 years Call Center/Customer Support experience
- Ability to pay attention to detail and to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills verbally and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
