Data Engineer

MARE is developing an eHealth tech hub in Venice, dedicated to innovative applications and artificial intelligence for the medical sector. We are looking for Data Engineers to develop ETL processes and contribute to the further development of our data landscape.

Requirements

• A completed degree in (medical) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Advanced experience with Python-based ETL processes using Spark and Airflow, as well as NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch and alternatives like Parquet.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in data engineering using cloud services from GCP and/or Azure.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1)
