Requirements
- Act as the primary customer liaison, managing the sale of complex services and solutions to maximise profitability
- Own and maintain sales documentation and methodologies to support an effective and informed sales process
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and management to ensure solutions are aligned to customer requirements
- Successfully close complex deals while identifying opportunities to enhance commercial value
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly to drive high levels of customer satisfaction
- Take full ownership of operational transactions to ensure clear accountability for the customer relationship
- Proactively build and strengthen relationships across multiple customers, seniority levels, and opportunities
- Identify and develop a broad pipeline of customers and opportunities to support targeted sales campaigns
