Lead the service delivery of our Group Services to one Customer, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction, and contributing to an effective governance model to manage teams and partners.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with IT Asset refresh and rollouts
- ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- ITIL training, possibly to Expert status
- Expert Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical skills with data
- Master of influence with ability to articulate technical and process requirements and to present effectively to all levels of Management
