Join our dynamic team as a Systems Workplace N2/N3 Intermediate/Experienced engineer and manage and optimize Systems Workplace for our clients. Work closely with technical teams and end-users to ensure an optimal experience.

Requirements

• Administer and maintain Systems Workplace, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Intune
• Diagnose and resolve level 2/3 incidents, providing advanced technical support
• Participate in designing and implementing new solutions and improvements
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure integration and compatibility of systems
• Perform security audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance
• Write and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers
