We are looking for a Software Engineer Workplace Level 2 to join our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing Workplace systems, resolving level 2 incidents, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience as a systems engineer
• Expertise in Workplace solutions, virtualization environments, and collaboration solutions
• Recent certifications in these areas would be an asset
• English level B2 or higher
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• French national
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• Motivated by challenges and obtaining new certifications
• Sense of service and proactive and organized
