Requirements
- Graduate in computer science, engineering or related field
- Significant experience as a systems engineer
- Expertise in Workplace solutions
- Mastery of virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Collaboration solutions (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, Google Workspace...)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- English level B2 or TOEIC above 785
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices (incident management, problem management, change management, and deployment management)
- Ability to obtain Secret Defense authorization (asset)
