As an International Customer Specialist, you will be at the forefront of the customer experience, working with some of the largest global brands. You will support customers and their user across Europe and reduce the complexities of International trading.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a customer service related position
- Fluent in English (Additional French or German would be an advantage)
- Strong administrative and good communication skills
- Ability to learn, develop and grow in a fast-paced environment
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in your approach, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a team, on their own, with the ability to prioritise workload
- Knowledge of the major IT manufacturers and their products
