
Job description
Manage orders and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes, coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues and support the supply chain strategy. This is an office/hybrid role with 4 days a week at the Warsaw office and Fridays working from home. The role is a 12 months fixed term contract.
Manage domestic and international orders, act as the primary liaison between distributors and stakeholders, resolve supply chain challenges, and oversee the introduction of new products.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems, and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
