We are looking for an IT Technician to join our committed team in Berlin, Germany. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for 2nd level support for all Helpdesk inquiries, technical support for presence and remote events, and implementation of software installations.
Requirements
- Completed technical training, retraining, or comparable knowledge acquired in practice
- Extensive professional experience
- Very good hardware knowledge of well-known manufacturers
- Very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems
- A Class 3/B driving license (desirable)
- Very good German and English skills
