Job Description
The Junior Inside Sales Representative is responsible for assisting in the delivery of products and services to customer specifications, communicating with sales teams, and following defined processes to execute customer projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Customer focused
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, time-management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Self-starter able to work both independently and collaboratively with others to accomplish goals
- Prefer a strong working knowledge of computer system applications
