The Junior Inside Sales Representative assists in delivering products and services to customer specifications, meeting SLA, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Partners with team members to deliver services that support company objectives and Computacenter values
- Collaborates with Inside Sales management and team members on customer projects and orders
- Uses Computacenter systems and process to enter and track orders
- Provides regular data and timeline updates to Inside Sales Management
- Assists in providing status reports to Account managers, project teams, and Partner Management
- Follows defined processes and procedures to assist in the coordination and execution of open requests, open quotes, open purchase orders, and escalated orders
- Assists in entering and managing open opportunities within team and follows up directly with Customer Executives and Inside Sales management
- Coordinates with Customer Executives in creating and maintaining a database of historical deals, pricing, and technology preferences across the customer base
- Conducts general administrative duties as necessary
