Job Description
Join a collaborative IT Operations team where IT Asset Management plays a strategic role in controlling cost, reducing risk, and supporting business decisions. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software assets, maintain accurate asset and CMDB data, and ensure compliance with software licensing and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain or hold UK Government Security Clearance
- 3+ years' experience in IT Asset Management or a related discipline
- Experience with ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Remedy, Snow)
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and software licensing models
- Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management and vendor contracts
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
