Job Description
Technical Consultant role for Genesys Cloud CX platform at Computacenter's IT Consulting division, requiring 9-15 years of experience and specific technical skills.
Requirements
- 9-15 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud CX or similar CCaaS platforms
- Hands-on experience using Architect to develop and innovate changes to existing omni channel flows
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs for systems integration within Genesys Cloud CX
- Experience across solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and optimisation
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, such as SAFe
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively
