IT Asset Management Coordinator

As an IT Asset Management Coordinator, you'll support the device lifecycle process, troubleshoot devices, and coordinate with vendors. If you enjoy staying organized, solving tech-related puzzles, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role puts you at the center of it all.

Requirements

• Perform administrative tasks to support the full device lifecycle
• Review, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer devices
• Transfer devices and parts between offices
• Update internal and client asset management systems
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and security software
• Troubleshoot with vendors and coordinate support
• Handle onboarding and offboarding hardware setups for special case clients
• Manage storage customer inventory and prepare items for e-waste or long-term storage
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, and Hardware Repair Technicians
• Maintain an organized workspace and conduct cycle counts
• Report findings to leadership and engage positively with vendors, customers, and internal teams
