Associate Chemist

Reporting to the Manager, Scientific Affairs, you will analyze the composition of food products, conduct experiments, gather data and findings, and prepare written reports to ensure compliance with nutritional labeling specifications, regulatory guidance, and food safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in analytical chemistry, food chemistry, or a related field or function.
• Experience with chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques preferred.
• Technical and scientific report writing skills.
• Basic knowledge of statistical and analytical tools and fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively with others across functions in a team environment.
• Physical ability to meet onsite laboratory needs.
