Job Description
As a CI Specialist at Conagra Brands, you will help design sustainable systems, build operational standards, and lead strategic process improvements that elevate performance across the plant. You will embed consistency, strengthen operational discipline, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that drives long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree and 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles
- SAP experience preferred
- Experience in safety and quality within manufacturing environments
- Analytical proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Skilled in translating technical problems into clear recommendations and documented standards
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Planner
