Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this Continuous Improvement Manager will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and manage improvement in plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of plant-based operations experience in food or CPG manufacturing
- 7+ years of experience in TPM-based continuous improvements, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related process improvement systems
- 7+ years of management experience preferred
- Experience working with production equipment and systems
- Experience optimizing processes including cost reduction, brainstorming ideation, and delivering plant productivity goals
