Job Description
As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will support plant operations at Conagra Brands by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System and driving improvement in plant performance. You will provide coaching and subject matter expertise to site leaders and work with cross-functional teams to advance continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree
- 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other related systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and PowerApps
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems and equipment
- Demonstration of influential leadership and effective communication skills
- Skill in developing shortâ and longâterm plans for strategic vision and tactical execution
