Job Description
You will oversee daily production operations at the Conagra Brands Macon, Missouri facility, home to the production of Healthy Choice and Marie Callenderâs products, guiding production execution, support production planning, and sustain improvements through disciplined operating practices, standard work, and autonomous maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Management, Product Operations, or a related field
- 5 to 7 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is beneficial
- 3 to 7 years of management or supervisory experience
- Food industry experience in a union environment
