Job Description
Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Plant Engineering Manager will develop and implement plant technical strategies, guide vertical startup processes, and provide solutions to technical challenges to enhance production performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Five years of experience in Food Manufacturing; three years of training experience preferred
- Experience in managing multi-million-dollar capital projects
- Project management experience
- Leadership skills to influence, guide, and partner across functions
- Willingness to rotate shifts and work weekends and holidays as business needs require
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with computer applications
