Platform Engineer – Analytics Platform (Databricks | Palantir)

Design, automate, and operate scalable, reliable data platforms—primarily Databricks and Palantir Foundry—on Conagra’s Azure environment. Enable consistent, high-quality data engineering and data product delivery through CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and strong disaster recovery practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, data platform operations, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Databricks and/or Palantir Foundry in a production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across distributed systems, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as Python or Bash.
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (Azure or Google Cloud Platform), networking basics, and identity and access management concepts.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform-level automation.
• Experience with operational best practices including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ease collaborating with engineering and business-facing teams.
