Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the business unit by strengthening Daily Management Systems, improving equipment reliability, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, food engineering, biological engineering, or a related field
• Experience in process engineering or industrial engineering (in a manufacturing environment preferred)
• Experience using continuous improvement and statistical tools
• Strong problem-solving skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw sound conclusions
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills
• Project management experience preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
