Job Description
Lead team members to accomplish process improvement opportunities while ensuring production, quality, and safety targets are met at the St. Elmo, Illinois facility.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Sciences, or another Natural Science field
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing preferred
