Reporting to the FSQRA Director, the Quality Manager will champion a culture of food safety and quality, partnering with plant leadership and teams to ensure regulatory, customer, and company standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Food Science, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing within food safety or quality leadership roles
- Experience working with customers, regulatory agencies, and internal partners
- Skill in applying mathematical operations such as frequency distribution, test reliability, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, process capability, and principles of process control
