Reporting to a Vice President & General Manager, you will be responsible for profitably growing Conagraâs existing business in existing markets across more than 50 brands in 60+ countries. You will identify growth opportunities, design and execute commercial strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate performance in established Global Market geographies.
Requirements
- Deliver sustained profitable growth of existing business in existing markets.
- Define and map growth opportunities, and develop and execute commercial plans tailored to diverse global markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment to vision, strategies, and P&L deliverables.
- Oversee P&L stewardship including Trade, A&P, SG&A, and resourcing decisions.
- Execute a multiyear acceleration plan including G2N, A&P, and SG&A investments.
- Build and nurture global partnerships that unlock growth.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs including awareness, distribution, trial, market share, net sales, GP$, and GM% to senior leadership.
- Champion and customize global playbooks and best practices across markets.
- Provide strategic updates, governance, and thought leadership to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and successful product launches consistent with company standards.
