Implement and execute a world-class Reliability Engineering program, leading the development and execution of processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Five or more years of manufacturing experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance, or Engineering roles
- Demonstrated success establishing and sustaining Reliability Engineering capabilities
- Project management experience
- Experience performing Weibull and other statistical reliability analyses
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems
- Strong skill in assessing, prioritizing, and addressing reliability losses
