Requirements
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to internal end users across supply chain planning functions.
- Lead transformation initiatives for SAP Enterprise Central Component material requirements planning and SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling as the functional subject matter expert.
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs that deliver measurable improvements in service, inventory, cost, and planning efficiency.
- Identify and lead enhancements to planning processes using SAP Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, SAP Enterprise Central Component material requirements planning, and Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning.
- Provide system analysis and modeling support for supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform root cause analysis of business and system issues and recommend sustainable solutions that prevent recurrence.
- Lead the design of functional solutions and partner with information technology teams to ensure accurate translation into technical designs.
- Apply project management disciplines to ensure initiatives and tasks are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with approved scope and quality requirements.
- Develop and deliver training for internal end users to ensure effective and consistent use of planning systems.
- Monitor system utilization, identify gaps in adoption or capability, and implement targeted training to address those gaps.
- Lead and develop a Center of Excellence team of subject matter experts while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
