Job Description
The Executive Assistant, Executive Leadership Team provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple members of Conairâs Executive Team. This role requires exceptional organizational capability, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives.
Requirements
- Provide direct administrative support to multiple Executive Team members
- Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities with accuracy and discretion
- Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials
- Manage expense reporting and administrative processes
- Support planning and execution of executive meetings, leadership forums, and functional operating rhythms
- Coordinate logistics for travel, off-sites, and key business meetings
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across supported executives
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Serve as a professional point of contact for senior leaders, employees, and external partners
