Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant & Office Manager serves as a strategic partner to two senior leaders while also supporting the operational efficiencies of the New York office.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of executive support experience (Financial Services industry a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong initiative to accomplish tasks, meet deadlines, and take an active interest in projects
• Ability to function effectively while under pressure in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Salesforce
