Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, specifically in managing luxury/conventional apartment communities
- Hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community, with strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities
- Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
