As a District Manager (Affordable) with CONAM, you will oversee many properties in a portfolio, make decisions to achieve overall objectives, hire and train a team, oversee financial budgeting and reporting, and manage marketing and leasing efforts. Requirements
- Previous experience as a regional and/or multi-site manager in residential property management with supervisory/management experience
- Experience with affordable properties, Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, and Senior properties is required
- Experience in developing property budgets, as well as dealing with complex operational matters daily
- Strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in overseeing the daily operations of a multi-family apartment community
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collections specific to apartment communities
- Proficient with property management software, such as Yardi, RealPage, Bostonpost, Gracehill, Revenue Management - particularly in managing apartment records and financials
- Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance coverage
