Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join our team at Elan Cardiff By The Sea in Cardiff By The Sea, CA. In this role, you will be instrumental in achieving our apartment community’s leasing goals, maximizing occupancy rates, and enhancing resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Ideally in a sales environment or leasing property management role
- Goal Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Comfortable learning or knowing property management software like Yardi, MRI, or other leasing and property management systems
