Job Description
The Sr. Manager, Training and Quality will oversee implementation of all training processes and ensure the delivery and facilitation of adult classroom training in support of client and Concentrix programs.

- Select, train, develop, and manage performance of training staff
- Coordinate, plan, and assign work
- Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Develop and cultivate partnership with operations, other business units, resource units, and clients
